An Extraordinary Ordinary Man

Serge Benhayon presenter

I have just returned from The Annual Universal Medicine Vietnam Retreat where all attendees got a full download from Serge Benhayon over a five day period. It is a remarkable event. It should be called an “Advance” not a “Retreat”, or better still an “Evolution” because that is what it is really about. But then, as Serge rightly says, none of us are really going anywhere as we cruise around the same solar orbit each year. It is about advancing our choices and behaviour into a world of evolution, brought to us by Serge Benhayon, framed by the teachings of The Ageless Wisdom.

The Vietnam Annual Retreat has been held for many years now, and is an absolute privilege, even without the added fascination of all matters Vietnamese, like the amazing local people, their food and the compelling history of that colourful country.

Now retired from my previous business life as a CEO of significant multi-national corporations, I used to give and receive many presentations, small and large audiences alike. These took place in New York, London, Frankfurt, Sydney, Hong Kong and many far flung cities where canny investors and bankers gathered to size up potential investments. These were the cream of the investing world which did not waste time on poorly presented stories; they received only the very best and presentations skills were everything in this circus of investor roadshows……… like an investor beauty pageant.

So I have experienced “the best” of seminars, conferences and investor presentations, which included many top notch speakers.

But none of those match the performance of Serge Benhayon. Not even close. Time and again. Retreat after Retreat. Workshop after Workshop. He is unique.

Here is a man who by his presence, is changing this tormented world and taking it back to its original intended use, through the teachings of “The Ageless Wisdom” so that we all can live in, what he has earthed, “The Way of the Livingness”, or a way to evolve from the rot of today’s world to a more fulfilling and joyful life.

As I thumb through my fifty pages of notes that I made over those five retreat days, I realise just how many times he downloaded some profound expressions here or some revealing teachings there. It is quite extraordinary what is on offer by this man.

What is truly amazing is that he presents and leads these sessions for at least seven hours a day, without any preparation or slide show support.

He holds a full house audience of highly discerning people, who have travelled long distances to hear him speak and to be in his Atma. Everyone, without exception, leaves those retreats (also held annually in the UK and Australia) changed, enthusiastic, with a spring in his or her step carrying precious notebooks with yet another library of unique Serge sayings and life’s lessons to be put into living practice.

To add to this marvel it should be known that Serge partakes of a single healthy meal a day, with only water to lubricate his being. Most presenters need coffee, sugar, after hour cocktails and rich food to sustain them through far less demanding presentations. Serge has nothing of that sort. At the end of the day he seems the freshest person in the hall and he starts the next day before any of the attendees, as he only sleeps three to four hours a night. He is a phenomenon: Science should study this man.

I have not come across anyone in this world who can do what Serge Benhayon does; not even close.

One day soon, no hall is going to be big enough for Serge’s retreats.
